Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests

Our micro weddings begin at just $2,500, while traditional celebrations for up to 100 guests start at $4,000. Each package includes tables, chairs, and ambient lighting — everything you need to create a beautiful and seamless celebration. 

 There’s no getting around it—being an outdoor venue means we’re at the mercy of the weather. That’s why our prime months are September, October, November, and December. It can get hot, it can get cold, and yes—it can get wet. We do our best to keep guests comfortable in all conditions, with evaporative coolers, drink stations, and fans in the warmer months, and heater rentals during the winter.

This is also why golden hour—just before and after sunset—is pure magic here. The light is soft, the sky is breathtaking, and it’s the kind of beauty that turns into memories you’ll never forget.

Outdoor amplified music must conclude by 10:00 pm to comply with county regulations. Guests are welcome to remain on-site until 11:00 pm, during which time a quiet gathering may continue without amplified sound.

Additionally, we offer party bus service for groups that wish to keep the celebration going! We can transport you to Frisco or McKinney clubs for an after-party experience.

The layout during your visit may look a bit different, as we store florals, arches, and heat-sensitive decor in our nearby climate-controlled containers to keep them fresh. As you can see, it only takes us about 4 hours to fully transform the space into tip-top shape. We offer rehearsal days for rent prior to your event. You can reserve the venue on a weekday leading up to your wedding for 3 hours for just $500.

For something extra special, choose our Rehearsal Dinner Package for up to 30 guests for $1,500. This includes:

• A delicious dinner from our professional caterers, with a variety of menu options
   
• Two professional servers
   
• A beautifully arranged dinner setup for friends and family to enjoy on your special evening

 Every wedding at 2 Hearts Ranch includes the option to add a self-serve, buffet-style plated dinner for just $25 per guest.

• Guests will enjoy one cuisine of your choice (not mix-and-match).
• All dishes are presented on elegant warming trays with candle heaters to keep food hot and fresh.
• Guests may serve themselves buffet-style for a relaxed and easy dining experience.
• Outside caterers are welcome, or you can choose to use our in-house catering.
